Technical Support is one of our most client-appreciated services, thus what makes our Technical Support Team a distinctive one, it is the frequent response and the quick professional solution retrieval.

Consequently, our technical support team is always up to date with emerging technological advances. There is a strict requirement from our management that each technician or engineer to pass a level test quarterly (each 3 months). To expand our field of coverage, we are encouraging our team to take Microsoft certifications exams and to build up their level of information knowledge.

Soon Triple C is planning a new technical support plan that will allow every entity any where in Lebanon to receive technical support, this is not restricted to Triple C clients only, for more information check the Service Contracts at the SERVICES section.
