Rules & Usage Conditions

PPTSC Card Usage

1. The PPTSC card is the property of Triple C and is not to be copied, modified or edited by customers or any Triple C employees.

2. The PPTSC is totally refundable if returned to Triple C within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. The Coupons (A, B, C & D) are invalid if presented detached from the main card tab (M)

4. The PPTSC card owner may not distribute, sell or separate the card coupons (A, B, C, or D). Where only the entity registered on the main coupon M is the sole beneficiary.

5. The PPTSC is not transferable to an entity other than the one registered on card tab (M).

6.The PPTSC card must be presented to the technical support employee of Triple C prior to starting the support work. The technician has the right to call Triple C for authentication purposes.

7. The PPTSC card has no expiry date.

8. The (M) card tab has no monetary value but is for authentication purposes only.

9. The PPTSC card covers support services only. Spare parts, accessories, and software may not be paid with PPTSC coupons.

10. Triple C has the right to retrieve any PPTSC card and refund the original owner with no prior notice.

11. Support accomplished within 3 working days.

12. Support is only during regular working days & business hours: Monday till Friday from 8h30 am till 6h pm (4h pm summer time).

13. Triple C reserves the right to alter the termes and conditions as well as the price structure without prior notice and to its sole discretion.

PPTSC Coupon Usage Rates

Hourly Rates:
Junior System Engineer 1 Coupon per hour.
Senior System Engineer 2 Coupons per hour.
Certified System Engineer 3 Coupons per hour (Server Support).

Extra Rates:
1 Coupon extra charge for supporting sites outside Greater Beirut.
1 Coupon extra charge for urgent same day support.
1 Coupon extra charge for support outside regular business hours.

Triple C Workshop Fees:
1 Coupon charge for in-house system maintenance. (Transported by client)
1 Coupon additional fee (Transportation by Triple C)

Notice: Several support cases may require more than one coupon depending on severity.
